Many of the different styles of face reading have radically different interpretations. The links given here are ones that I have found, and that I think have an interesting perspective. I don't necessarily agree with any of the interpretations, but please make comparisons so you could determine with what style you are most comfortable.
But for now, here are my comments...
Maura Bright has put together an outstanding website dealing with the chinese style of face reading as related to health and medical diagnosis. She includes an awesome picture which details the portions of the face that are related to the major organs. She wrote an article "Chinese Face Reading for Health" which is a must read!
Chi of Earth has an interesting article on face reading with some trait interpretations and some sample readings.
Julie Cox has put together an outstanding website with several sample readings and a small selection of aspect interpretations. She has also written an introductory book on face reading.
Paul Elsner has put together an outstanding website with several trait interpretations based on the personology style.
Face Value is an interesting website with several trait examples and sample readings.
Mac Fulfer, the author of "Amazing Face Reading" has put together a website with some trait interpretations. The book is truly amazing because it is clear and exceptionally well illustrated.
Rose Rosetree, the author of “The Power of Face Reading” has put together an outstanding web site to complement her exceptional book. The book systematically covers the majority of the aspects of the face and their meanings. Her viewpoint includes seeing the positive and negative sides of each facial feature.
Jon Sandifer, the author of "The Eastern Art of Face Diagnosis" has put together an outstanding web site which gives sample interpretations of medical conditions.
Naomi Tickle, the author of "It's All in the Face" has put together an outstanding website with trait interpretations. She uses the personology style of face reading.

FaceReading.Com describes some basic aspects of face reading and advertises a $15 reading based off of a picture.
Serena Powers has put together an extensive website on various kinds of "divination" including face reading.
